If the location is in the first floor or above/basement, are the service lifts available required.

Standard carrier vehicles are (Canter-17ft / Tata 407- 14 ft.) allowed in the vicinity of the location.

There are not any transport union issues at addressed.

Seller be able to get 4MBPS Internet line from 2 different service providers.

Seller is the committed to procure 4M and prepare for launch within 2 weeks.

Seller will be able to hire qualified resources at a week's notice.

seller already have power and UPS back up at the facility.
